Entry 4

Well, over the long Memorial Day weekend I did my best to keep my new water drinking habit going! I think I did ok, but I can do better. On Sunday I ran about 6 miles as a part of the Burlington marathon. I knew that I needed to drink a lot of water before and after the run. For some reason, after the run I decided to have a ginger ale and an ice cream! I knew my body really water the calories from sugar, but water would have been a better choice. On the first day back to school (Tuesday), I picked up where I left off and drank water throughout the day. I think it is helping my energy level.
