I think I am getting a little bit more used to my routine. I've gotten into the habit of looking for my water bottle throughout the day. I noticed that when I think to fill it or take a drink, there is still a part of me that thinks, "I can do that later." Since starting the challenge I am trying to catch that moment and take a drink or fill the bottle rather than push it off as not important. I'm hoping that drinking water throughout the day can become a permanent habit that no longer feels like an add on, but rather something that is just apart of my everyday life.
