My first day in my new habit went well! I did bring the bottle of water to school and I filled it up three times throughout the day. At first I forgot about the water bottle and actually left it on someone's desk, but after that I was able to remember. I used the water fountain in the hallway to fill my water bottle. I felt a bit better than usual, and I think I had more energy. When I went home for the night, I did forget the bottle at school. I want to remember to fill it and bring in the car, because I was thirsty on the drive home.
